The Ares “Poseidon” Class! Colossal class battlemech designed as part of the Rhodes Project. This version was the most refined, carrying two ERPPCs, an MRM40, two LRM5s, two ER Mediums, 3 small lasers, 3 SRM2s, an EMP Cannon, and AP Pods.
I would have to say The Mighty Urban Mech. This mech brings fear in the heart of its pilot (because you’re in a oversize trash can). Oh how it glistens in the moonlight (like a can of RC Cola before its crunched by toddlers).
Fear the Mighty Urban Mech because when you see this on the battlefield it will cause you to laugh uncontrollably which can cause you to be shot by another enemy mech.
This is the only Mech that should be considered for Mech of the Week. It should be nominated for Mech of the year.
Thanks for voting for the fearless UrbanMech. It’s the most expensive and biggest trash can known to man in the entire galaxy.
Anyone that chooses to pilot on of these is either of low intelligence, dared by a girl to do it, double dogged dared by the kids on “A Christmas Story”, or hopped up on energy drinks and Snicker Bars (let the sugar and caffeine high take over).
I wonder if anyonne else is tough enough to vote for the mighty (in its own mind or that of the crazy pilots of this mech) UrbanMech. It’s time this Mech got some love from “No Guts No Galaxy”. Don’t be afraid to admit it that you enjoy having a large trash can for a target every now and then.
My vote is for the Thunderbolt. There are so many good variants for this mech. Coming in at 65 tons, it packs a lot of punch, and has tremendous staying power.
Let’s show love to the little big trash can that could. All the Atlas mech pilots shake their heads in frustration and wonder why they don’t get the same sympathy love.
Viva the Mighty Urban Mech!!! (well mightier than a can of RC Cola or Shasta).
Centurion CN9-A. What’s not to love about this mech? It’s not exceptional at any one thing. It’s not the fastest medium mech out there, or the most heavily armored. But at 4/6 and 8.5 tons of armor but it’s on point for 3025. For primary weapons it packs a LRM 10 and an AC/10. Add in a pair of Medium Lasers for close range punch and it’s very well rounded. It’s biggest problems are ammo dependency and ammo explosions (particularly if the TAC rules are in effect for tabletop games).
It’s a popular workhorse in my tabletop and MegaMek games.
Again, the Centurion, more specifically Yen Lo Wang (pronounced “wong”, guys, not “wAng”)
I agree. Centurion. Yen Lo Wang for sure.
The Centurion is pretty Bas Assed. Especially Yen Lo Wang. I’ll hop on the band wagon one more time and throw in with you guys.
Centurion
Thanks for the support, guys!
Wolfhound
Still Voting for King Crab.
That one was covered in episode #22 Andrey Read the description above.
Holly crap I fail at reading comprehension…. Thanks for pointing that out otherwise I would keep voting the same every week.
Well now to vote properly:
RFL-3N Rifleman.
Its old, classic, and overheating.
Whats not to love?
Orion!

That abomination does not exist.

I’d like some more “unseen” love, so I’ll go ahead and nominate the Warhammer. Not that there is anything wrong with any of the other choices, but… ;)
I will throw out my vote for the Phoenix Hawk again. I know it is late, but we will need to here your take on this cross-media classic.
I have to say UrbanMech to end the walking trashcan discussion.
Hey Patrick!

I agree with the Urban Mech.
Thanks Armyunit,

Oh I am definitely changing my vote to the Urbie! Gotta have some Urbie Love!
Josh Davion,
On behalf of all those crazy Urban Mech Pilots (who drank to much Red Bull) thank you!!!
I just hope it will get the same love from the No Guts No Galaxy Staff.
Viva The Mighty Urban Mech!!! Spreading love where ever it goes, even when its getting smashed by an Atlas and tossed in the recycle bin.
